1. Boil the water, salt, and oil in a covered vessel. Lower heat and slowly add the rice flour; mix continuously so that the mixture is lump-free.
2. Remove the vessel from the heat. Knead the. mixture with pressure. Put some dough into a vermicelli press and press onto a muslin cloth.
3. Steam for 3 minutes in a steamer or till cooked,
4. Repeat till all the dough has been used.
