Stir-Fried Spinach (Paag Boong Paad)

ingredients

serves 10
4 chopped cloves of garlic
250 g cooked soya beans
50 ml oil
750 g boiled spinach
salt and milled pepper

method

Golden fry 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 250 g cooked soya beans in 50 ml oil, then fork in 750 g boiled spinach; season with salt and milled pepper and serve in a vegetable dish garnished with sliced, fresh red chillies.
