Boiled Runner Beans (Haricots d'Espagne   l'Anglaise)

ingredients

Runner Beans

method

1. Top and tail and cut away the hard outer edges of the beans.

2. Lay on a cutting board and shred finely into 8cm lengths.

3. Place into boiling salted water, cover with a lid, return to the boil, skim and cook uncovered quickly for 4 minutes. Drain and serve.

It is good but its to much all you need to do is boil them and add salt and pepper and if you want butter
flip skake! :@
