50 ml garlic-flavoured oil
2 tsp chopped marjoram
250 g sliced button mushrooms
50 g tomato puree
salt and milled pepper

method

SautƒÂ© 3 chopped cloves of garlic in 50 ml garlic-flavoured oil, add 2 tsp chopped marjoram, 250 g sliced button mushrooms, 50 g tomato puree, salt and milled pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
