method
1. Place the shark steaks in a shallow dish, season with salt and pepper, cover with the marinade and leave for 2 hours.
2. Remove the fish from the marinade, dry in a cloth and golden shallow fry in oil, remove and retain.
3. In the same pan, saute the chopped onion and tomato flesh, add the marinade and cook for a few moments. Replace the fish and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
4. Serve accompanied by rice cooked in the Caribbean style.
