Poached Cuttlefish (Chocos com Tinta)

ingredients

cuttlefish
chopped garlic
olive oil
breadcrumbs
paprika

method

Golden fry chopped garlic in olive oil, then add breadcrumbs and colour slightly.

Add pieces of cuttlefish, moisten with a little water and the ink from the cuttlefish, sprinkle with paprika, then poach.

Serve accompanied by boiled potatoes.
