1. Heat the ghee in a wok (kadhai); add cashew nuts and raisins and fry till golden. Remove and keep aside.
2. In the same ghee, fry the semolina till crisp without losing the white colour.
3. Add sugar, mix well and then pour in the milk. Keep stirring till the mixture sticks between the thumb and forefinger, remove from heat.
4. Mix in the green cardamom powder, cashew nuts, and raisins. Divide the mixture equally into 100 portions. Shape each into balls while the mixture is still hot.
