method
1. Boil 2 kg potatoes in their skins in salted water, then peel and mash them.
2. Fry 1 tsp mustard seed in 25 ml oil or ghee, add 2 sliced, fresh green chillies, 100 g chopped onion, 1 tsp turmeric, 10 g garam masala, 10 g salt, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and 80 ml lemon juice.
3. Mix into the mashed potato and serve sprinkled with chopped coriander leaves.
