method
1. Stir-fry 1 kg sliced mixed vegetables in 75 ml sesame oil with 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 75 g grated ginger for 2 minutes; moisten with 300 ml stock, 1 tbs light soy sauce and 2 tbs oyster sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Lightly thicken the liquid with 25 g diluted cornflour to form a sauce and serve on a base of boiled rice.
