Spanish Baked Sliced Courgette (Calabacin al Horno) recipe
ingredients
2 kg sliced courgettes
100 g white breadcrumbs
4 chopped cloves of garlic
25 g chopped parsley
50 g melted butter
method
Place 2 kg sliced courgettes into a liberally oiled and seasoned earthenware dish. Season and bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
When almost cooked, cover with 100 g white breadcrumbs mixed with 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 25 g chopped parsley, sprinkle with 50 g melted butter and gratinate until golden brown.
