method
1. Three-quarters fill cocktail glasses with 20 g shredded lettuce.
2. Place 50 g of crabmeat on top of the lettuce and coat with cocktail sauce.
3. Garnish the glasses with quarters of tomato and lemon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
