Kaachi Keri Ni Chutney (Raw mango chutney)

ingredients

serves: 6 - 8
250 g (9 oz) Mangoes, large, raw, peeled, deseeded, grated
1 tsp (2 g) Cumin (jeera) seeds, roasted, powdered
1 cup (25 g) Green coriander (hara dhaniya), chopped
1 1/4 tsp (3 3/4 g) Sugar
Salt to taste

method

1. Grind together all the ingredients into a smooth paste, adding minimum water.

2. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
