1 tsp Yoghurt (dahi), for fermentation

method
1. Boil the milk in a pan and keep aside till lukewarm.
2. Add the starter yoghurt to the milk and mix well. Keep aside to set in a warm place for 6 - 8 hours.
3. Once set, refrigerate to chill. Serve cold as an accompaniment with any meal
