method
1. Boil the lotus seeds in the water. Let them simmer for half an hour. Drain and keep aside.
2. Boil the milk in a wok (kadhai). Simmer for half an hour or till it becomes thick.
3. Add lotus seeds and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the sugar and cook till it dissolves completely. Remove from heat and pour into a serving dish.
5. Serve chilled.
Note Can also be served hot.
