Chocolate Burfee (Indian Chocolate fudge) recipe
ingredients
1 tbsp (10 g) Semolina (suji)
1 cup (100 g) 3 1/2 oz Cottage cheese (paneer)
3 tsp (15 g) Cocoa powder
8 tsp (40 ml) 1 1/2 fl oz Artificial sweetener
Silver leaves (varq), optional

method
1. Roast the semolina till golden. Grind if finer texture is required.
2. Knead the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, artificial sweetener, and semolina paste together, add a little water if necessary.
3. Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
4. Cut and serve decorated with silver leaves (optional).
