Lobster with mustard paste (Bagda Chingri Jhal) recipe

Mustard paste: Take 200 g of mustard seeds (rai) and wash well. Grind to a paste by adding just enough water to get a paste-like consistency.
ingredients
300 g (11 oz) Lobster, diced
1/4 cup (50 ml) 1 3/4 fl oz Mustard (sarson) oil
5 Green chillies, slit
2 tbsp (30 g) 1 oz Mustard paste
1 cup (250 ml) 8 fl oz Water
2 tsp (8 g) Salt
method
1. Heat the oil in a pan; saute the lobster for a few seconds and remove.
2. To the same oil, add green chillies, mustard paste, and lobster. Add the water and cook till the gravy thickens. Add salt and serve hot.
