method
1. Mix together the mustard paste, salt, and turmeric powder. Apply over the fish pieces.
2. Brush 1 tsp of oil over each piece of fish and individually wrap in banana leaves.
3. Steam the wrapped fish either in an idli container or in a perforated container, put over a large utensil with boiling water (one third level). Cover the vessel and cook over low heat till the fish is done.
4. Serve hot.
