Buttered Parsnips (Panais au Beurre)

ingredients

serves 10
1 kg parsnips
salt
50 g melted butter

method

1. Place the peeled parsnips cut into 6 cm sections into a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, cover with a lid and boil steadily until cooked.

2. Drain the parsnips and roll in 50 g melted butter.

serve in a vegetable dish.
