1.5kg small okras
100 g butter
200 g chopped onion
250 g tomato concassée

method
1. Wash and trim both ends of 1.5kg small okras (ladies' fingers).
2. Heat 100 g butter in a pan and Sauté 200 g chopped onion without colour, add 250 g tomato concassée and the okras; season, cover and cook gently for 25 minutes.
