Grilled Mushrooms (Champignons Grilles)

ingredients

serves 10
20 flat or field mushrooms
100 ml oil
salt

method

1. Cut off the stalks level with the cup, wash and place on an oiled grilling tray, rounded side down; sprinkle with oil and season with salt.

2. Place under a salamander grill to cook for 5 minutes until soft. Serve as a vegetable or as a garnish with grilled meats.
