Forest Mushrooms German Style recipe

ingredients

75 g chopped onion
1 chopped clove of garlic
275 g lardons of bacon
25 ml oil
1 kg sliced wild mushrooms
20 g chopped parsley

method

1. Golden fry 75 g chopped onion, 1 chopped clove of garlic and 275 g lardons of bacon in 25 ml oil. Add 1 kg sliced wild mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then add 20 g chopped parsley.

2. Reduce the cooking liquid and finish with 300 ml cream, season and serve.
