4 sliced cloves of garlic
50 g grated root ginger
150 ml groundnut oil
1 kg mixed green vegetables
50 ml nam pla
50 ml Oyster Sauce
75 g chopped spring onions
method
1. Lightly fry 4 sliced cloves of garlic and 50 g grated root ginger in 150 ml groundnut oil.
2. Add and stir-fry 1 kg mixed green vegetables, e.g. French beans, broccoli and courgettes, 50 ml nam pla, 50 ml Oyster Sauce and seasoning.
3. Serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish, garnished with 75 g chopped spring onions.
