50 g white breadcrumbs
25 ml white wine
2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
10 g powdered basil leaves
10 g chopped parsley
300 ml olive oil
salt and pepper
method
Soak 50 g white breadcrumbs in 25 ml white wine, then squeeze out. Add 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 10 g powdered basil leaves and chopped parsley. Gradually blend in 300 ml olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
