600 g small potatoes
15 g chopped onion or chives
chopped parsley
25 ml French dressing
200 ml mayonnaise
method
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, then peel.
2. Dice or cut into 1 cm slices.
3. Add the onion, parsley and French dressing to the potatoes while still warm and mix in gently.
4. Season to taste, then mix in the mayonnaise.
