10 portions of sliced cucumber
salt
600 ml yogurt
75 ml cream
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped mint
2 chopped cloves of garlic
method
Place 10 portions of sliced cucumber in a colander, season with salt and retain for 1 hour, then press out the liquid. Combine the cucumber with a dressing made of 600 ml yogurt, 75 ml cream, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp chopped mint and 2 chopped cloves of garlic.
