Lobster Cocktail (Cocktail de Homard) recipe
ingredients
500 g diced or sliced lobster
200 g shredded lettuce
500 ml Cocktail Sauce
3 lemons, quartered
3 tomatoes, quartered
10 g chopped parsley

method
1. Three-quarters fill cocktail glasses with 20 g shredded lettuce.
2. Place 50 g of lobster on top of the lettuce and coat with cocktail sauce.
3. Garnish the glasses with quarters of tomato and lemon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
