Smoked Salmon Pâté #2 recipe

ingredients

675 g smoked salmon trimmings
175 g butter
10 g chopped fresh herbs
Tabasco
segments of lemon

method

Finely mince 675 g smoked salmon trimmings and blend with 175 g butter, 10 g chopped fresh herbs and a few drops of Tabasco.
Portion into ramekins and chill.

Serve garnished with segments of lemon.
