Melt 200 g butter and allow to cool.
Mix in 800 g picked grey shrimps, a pinch of each of ground mace, grated nutmeg, white pepper, cayenne pepper and salt.
Fill into individual moulds or dishes, cover with melted butter and keep in a refrigerator.
To serve, demould or place on a dish with a leaf of lettuce, a segment of lemon and brown bread and butter.
