ingredients
250 g celeriac
1 juice of lemon
200 ml mayonnaise
method
1. Peel and cut the celeriac into very fine julienne. Place immediately into cold water to which lemon juice has been added to prevent discolouration.
2. Drain well, season with salt and pepper and combine with the mayonnaise.
