Sage, Sultana and Apple Stuffing

ingredients

100 g chopped onion
125 ml oil
2 tsp rubbed sage
275 g white breadcrumbs
50 g chopped parsley
50 g lightly fried sultanas
100 g lightly fried diced apple
seasoning

method

Sweat 100 g chopped onion in 125 ml oil and add 2 tsp rubbed sage. Mix in 275 g white breadcrumbs, 50 g chopped parsley, 50 g lightly fried sultanas, 100 g lightly fried diced apple and seasoning.

Serve with roast duck and goose.
