Orange and Pork Stuffing

ingredients

225 g raw pork
100 g bacon
50 g chicken livers
75 g onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp oregano
grated zest and juice of 2 oranges
50 g melted butter
seasoning

method

Finely mince and combine 225 g raw pork, 100 g bacon, 50 g chicken livers, 75 g onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp oregano, grated zest and juice of 2 oranges, 50 g melted butter and seasoning.

Serve with roast pork.
