method
1. Sift the flour, salt and milk powder into a warmed bowl and rub in the fat.
2. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water and mix into the flour to form a medium-soft dough.
3. Knead thoroughly, replace in the bowl, cover with a cloth and allow to prove in a warm place for 1 hour.
4. Knead the dough and divide into two equal pieces; mould and place into greased bread tins.
5. Allow to prove until double in size.
6. Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.
