method
1. Roll out 1 kg noodle pastry very thinly to 90 cm x 36 cm and cut into 6 cm squares.
2. Mix 250 g cottage cheese with 1 egg and 50 g sugar, place a little in the centre of each piece of pastry, fold over as triangles and seal well.
3. Allow the kreplachs to dry, then simmer in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain well and serve sprinkled with melted butter and sugar.
