Cut 250 g Gruyere cheese into small dice and mix with 125 ml cold Bechamel Sauce. Roll out noodle pastry very thinly, cut into 8 cm squares and roll a cigar-shaped piece of the cheese filling in each, sealing the ends well. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs and golden deep fry.

These are super good! You can use any kind of white cheese and also mince.
