150 g grated Emmenthal

method
1. Mix together 100 g flour, 150 g grated Emmenthal, 100 ml vegetable oil or butter and 3 eggs to make a firm dough.
2. Roll out, cut into 5 cm circles, brush with eggwash and bake in the oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
