method
1. Cut spring onions into very fine strips and put into iced water to curl.
2. Brush cod steaks with oil, season and grill for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
3. Mix all remaining ingredients, simmer until thickened slightly.
4. Put steaks on a platter, pour over sauce and top with the curled spring onion shreds.

Too tomatoey

Simple sauce but far too sweet and tomatoey..not enough sour to compensate. Thanks for the effort though :o)
