HI, MANY YEARS AGO - AROUND LATE 1960'S I WENT TO RESTAURANT IN ST. KILDA MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA WHERE I HAD THIS. I WAS MAD ON OYSTERS AND CURIOUS AS TO WHAT IT COULD BE. IT WAS OYSTERS NATURAL - TOPPED WITH SPRINKLED HARD BOILED EGG, CHIVES, A LARGE DOLLOP OF SOUR CREAM, AND CAVIAR. I HAVE NEVER FORGOTTON IT - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. LUCIA ALEXANDER
