Barbecued Chicken #2 

Whole chicken with lime and red chillies marinated in lemon grass, ginger, garlic, shallots, coriander, palm sugar, coconut milk, fish and soy sauces.

Chicken Curry with Noodles

Chicken with Thyme 

Whole chicken stuffed with a recipe of leek, parsley, thyme, seasoning, egg and milk-soaked wheat. The skin is then rubbed with thyme and seasoning and the chicken is roasted and basted until ready.

Double Garlic Chicken 

Garlic-rubbed whole chicken, packed under the skin with a mixture of garlic, low-fat cheese, chives and parsley, then stuffed with garlic, grapes and rosemary. The chicken is then placed in a roasting tin and with sliced of garlic and rosemary tucked between the legs and wings, then seasoned and dotted with butter before being roasted. Casseroled chicken and vegetables with a stock sauce made from the chicken juices, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
