Baked chicken pieces brushed with a sweet mixture of orange juice, apricot jam, peach jam, honey, cayenne pepper and lemon juice, cooked and served with kumquats.

Coq au Riesling 

Whole chicken pieces, cooked with shallots, garlic, tarragon, herbs, wine and stock. Served with a mushroom and soured cream sauce. A delicious recipe variation on the classic French dish Coq au Vin.

Chicken with Thyme 

Whole chicken stuffed with a recipe of leek, parsley, thyme, seasoning, egg and milk-soaked wheat. The skin is then rubbed with thyme and seasoning and the chicken is roasted and basted until ready.

Chicken Casserole with Ginger 

A simple whole chicken recipe consisting of fried pieces of whole chicken with onion, garlic, ginger, papaya, Worcestershire sauce and spinach.
