Garlic-rubbed whole chicken, packed under the skin with a mixture of garlic, low-fat cheese, chives and parsley, then stuffed with garlic, grapes and rosemary. The chicken is then placed in a roasting tin and with sliced of garlic and rosemary tucked between the legs and wings, then seasoned and dotted with butter before being roasted. Hope you like garlic.
