Passata is just sieved tomato pulp.
It can be bought in packets or jars in supermarkets and delis; there are various brands including store own brands and prices vary. It is usually stocked near to the pasta sauces and tomato purees.

Of course this is just how to cook noodles - are you having trouble reading? - otherwise it'd be called somthing like Sezchuan Emperor's Beef with Noodles.
But it is called Egg Noodles. Egg as in egg and Noodles as in noodles.
Unlike your esteemed selves,never forget that many people are new to noodles and need something simple to show them how brilliantly easy noodles are.
You two obviously don't...but you might benefit from a lesson in humility or a few simple tips on how to think before you dash off a meaningless review.
Shame on you both and better luck next time.

The recipe calls for greek yoghurt, but doesn't say how to use it. So i put it in with the sauce while it was hot. It was a disastrous decision. Not impressed.

Absolutely fantastic recipe, spot on. I use balsamic vinegar instead of Sherry vinegar and normal peppercorns instead of the Szechuan type because both are hard to find around here. It's delicious, especially if you add a glug of milk to the sauce while simmering it before adding the noodles, chicken and cashews.

Well impressed, easy peasy too. I improvised with what I had in the cupboards (chilli powder & brown sugar instead of sweet chilli sauce, wine vinegar, black pepper,normal onions soft fried and no peanut butter) added mushrooms and it was smashing.

It does not mention cooking the sauce? It seems funny not to do so. In the end we cooked in and then added the noodles. It was lovely. I suspect it may be better without the peanut butter as it makes the sauce a bit too thick.

Could you please tell me the type of noodle that is used to fry until golden brown and while frying it curls. They were used as a topping on "Vesta" Chow Mein with crispy noodles made by Batchelors. We have tried a Chinese Supermarket and they have never heard of them.

Wow I remember them from my childhood, I loved them then - seemed so exotic. Suspect they were very un-Chinese and had god knows what done to them - have certainly never seen anything like them since.

Quick is pancetta/streaky bacon friend in olive oil until crispy, preferably with garlic,
take pan off heat to ensure no scrambed egg
add cooked spaghettic to pan
crack egg in middle with loads of parmesan and mix together

I enjoyed this recipe even though I have known about it for a while! but wanted to make my own pesto instead of shop bought!
It was quick and easy yet very tasty. i decided to add some chicken breast in, it just adds that little bit extra and finishes the dish nicely!

Absolutely yummy. I never would have thought of adding hard boiled eggs but its delicious, with the french beans its a sort of macaroni cheese nicoise! Delicious, easy, and most of all very cheap to buy ingredients.
