Cucumber Dill Sauce 

Serve hot or cold, with salmon or other fish. Also good with poached eggs, potatoes, rice or pasta.

Sauce Gribiche 

serve with cold fish dishes and shellfish.

Tomato Yoghurt Dressing 

Serve on crisp lettuce or as a seafood dressing
