Gouda Cheese
Gouda is a wheel shaped Dutch cheese, not unlike Edam in taste and texture, but flatter in shape, with a yellow skin and very much larger, approximately 5 kg (9 Ib) in weight, and is an excellent cheese for cooking. There are also small Goudas, about 450 g (1 Ib) in weight, known as Midget Goudas.
