Camembert Cheese
Camembert is a French soft cheese, made of cows' milk, the curd being inoculated with a white mould. The cheese was made originally in Normandy, but is made now also in other parts of France. Camembert is at its best when it begins to get soft; if allowed to over-ripen, it develops a smell which many people find unpleasant.
