Boursin is the brand name of a fresh cream cheese made in France usually flavoured with garlic, herbs or rolled in crushed peppercorns.

1 large clove garlic or 2 small cloves garlic
8 ounces unsalted whipped butter, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon powdered thyme
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth and well combined. Spoon mixture into a small serving bowl and chill overnight. Serve at room temperature.
