Gloucester Cheese
Gloucester is an orange-yellow, hard cheese with a close, crumbly texture and a good rich flavour, rather similar to that of a mature Cheddar. Originally there were 'double' and 'single' Gloucesters, one being twice the size of the other, but now only the 'double' is made.
