Bombe recipes
A bombe is a moulded ice cream dessert. It usually consists of an outer shell of one flavour, with an inner core made from either a contrasting ice cream or a mousse mixture.
There may be several layers, or the bombe may be made from a single flavour of ice cream, perhaps with the addition of crushed biscuits, praline or crumbled meringue.
