Guinea fowl is sometimes sold as squabs. Squabs weigh 1 1/4 lb - 2 1/4 lb and guinea fowl up to 3 3/4 lb. Roasting, baising or casseroling are all suitable methods of cooking both squabs and guinea fowl.
